We unfortunately don't have the resources to be able to talk to all of our customers on the phone, which is why there is not a support number listed. Business and Enterprise accounts include phone support. Basic, Standard and Professional accounts are limited to online support, allowing us to efficiently answer questions for a large number of customers. We value you and every other DF Studio customer. Please understand that providing support through our online system is what allows us to provide DF Studio to you at an affordable price and to be able to continue to invest our time and resources into the continued development and improvement of DF Studio. Thanks for the suggestion Jack. The upload server receives the files one by one, so it doesn't know there were more files. We've discussed the possibility of adding an email "receipt" following the completion of an upload. That might address your needs.
